Her Impact is a new grassroots nonprofit, born from the lived experience of someone who knows what too many girls are still carrying — showing up to school while silently slipping through.

We know what it’s like to feel unseen, unsupported, and unsure of your place in the world. That’s why we’re not here to speak for girls — we’re here to co-create with them.

Our work centers high school girls, especially those at risk of disengaging from school, community, or themselves. Together, we’re designing programs that reflect what they actually need: real-world readiness, leadership development, healing spaces, and a deeper sense of identity and belonging.

This isn’t about saving girls.
It’s about making space for them to lead — and trusting them to shape what saves them.

We may be at the beginning, but we’re clear about where we’re going:
The future is co-created. The power belongs with her.
