I founded Her Impact because I refused to stand by while circumstances beyond their control sidelined women and girls. I’m Joule (Joe-Lee), and my journey from a sixteen-year-old mother to real estate entrepreneur and now nonprofit founder taught me that resilience alone is not enough. Fundamental change happens when access is given with intention, compassion, and urgency.
