Her Impact is in its early stages — but our vision is clear.

We're building programs that center high school girls who are too often overlooked or underestimated, especially those at risk of disengaging from school. Our approach is rooted in co-creation: we listen first, build alongside them, and focus on what they tell us they need to thrive.

Our first initiative is in development.
